The Musandam Governorate is a mountainous Omani peninsula projecting into the Strait of Hormuz, separated from the rest of the country by the United Arab Emirates. Khasab is the capital city of Musandam and its popular for Fjords, Dolphin and Coral Reef. Around 35000 inhabitants of this area are mostly fishermen, and depend on this business to live their peaceful life in this calm area of the world.

The sea here is famous for its rich treasure of seafood and fish, and also for its beautiful crystal clear water, that provides an ideal place for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The highest mountain range the Arabian Peninsula Hajar Mountains is spreaded across the Musandam region, occupying parts of the east of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the north east of Oman. Literary Musandam is an ideal place for those who are looking for a breath of fresh air and to refresh themselves and this tour must be done at least once in a lifetime.

2 Night 3 Days

Diving, Hotel, Full Day Dhow Cruise, Beach Camping & Free Day on Beach

2 Night 3 Days, for a short week-end in Musandam.

1st Day

9.30 AM Arrival in Khasab and report to our office (self-drive).

10.00 AM Departure for Full day diving trip by speed boat with lunch and refreshments. Equipment provided: BCD, Regulator, Wet suite, Mask, Fins, Weight Belt, and Tanks. Diving Spots: Abu Sir Island, Al Khayal Island, Bu Rashid Island, Musandam Island, Khor Farda (Known as Baby Beach).

4.00 PM End of the trip, transfer to 4* Atana Hotels, 3* Diwan Alamir (double room – BB Basis).

2nd Day

 

9.45 AMAfter breakfast pickup from Hotel.

10.00 AM Departure for full day Dhow Cruise (sharing) to Khor Sham with Lunch, soft drinks, Mineral water, Refreshments, Tea & Coffee. 2 stops for swimming and snorkeling.

4.00 PM End of the trip and transfer to white sandy beach where camping tents are prepared. (Tents, sleeping bags, blankets, mattress and pillows, bed sheets, generator & lights, plastic chair & tables, traditionally decorated Majlis, camp shower, portable toilets etc.).

7.30 PM BBQ dinner at beach / overnight.

3rd Day

 

8.00 AM Breakfast at beach / free day at beach .

12.30 PM Lunch will be provided at beach.

4.00 PM Return to harbor and end of the trip.

1 Night 2 Days, for a short week-end in Musandam.

1st Day

9:30 Arrival in Khasab and report to our office (self-drive).

10:00 Departure for full day Fishing (With Traditional fishing equipment).

16:00 End of the trip and transfer to the Dhow, Beach, Hotel, Rubba for the overnight.

20:00 Barbecue dinner and overnight.

2nd Day

08:00 Breakfast at the Beach.

09:30 Departure for Full day dhow cruise (sharing) to Khor Sham. Full day cruise to Khor Sham with our traditionally decorated wooden dhow in azure water. The majestic fjord is surrounded by spectacular mountains and small white sandy beaches. At the entrance of the fjord our guests have the possibility to enjoy dolphin watching. The dhow will anchor near Telegraph Island and Seebi Island where our guests can enjoy swimming in pristine water together with colorful fish. During the cruise we offer soft drinks, fresh fruits, tea & coffee and a warm lunch. Snorkeling equipment, towels and life jackets will be provided free of cost.

16:00 End of the trip and transfer to harbor.
